Matt Chandler delivered this message at a "Together for the Gospel" conference in 2010 just 6 months after having a large mass removed from his brain followed by intense rediation and chemotherapy treatment. I believe he shares the same spirit with Apostle Paul when he says in Philippians 1:21, "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain."
